Firstly, he is a very talented creative, constantly generating fresh and innovative ideas, with a born instinct for what makes eye-catching, brand-defining work. Secondly, he has the practical expertise and skill to execute his ideas to a consistently high-standard. And last, but definitely not least, he goes about doing those two things with a positive, collaborative, unpretentious, no- nonsense pragmatism that make him a dream to work with. As his role has grown more complex, he’s proved himself adept at juggling multiple large-scale projects and managing a multitude of disparate stakeholders, whilst always staying focused on the objectives of the project and delivering a standout final product.
